Using SOAP with dotNET 4 over SSL

We are running a dotNET 4 application using SOAP and trying to run it over SSL. It works fine if we do not try to use SSL, port 80 or 8081, but if we run it on 443 or 8443 we get the error in the attached file. Any ideas on what to do to get it to run over SSL?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Can you post the corresponding http log entry?  An HTTP 404 is pretty specific, the request can not be serviced because the content request does not exist.

Have you tried enabling Failed Request Tracing to try to grab a more detailed view of what is happening?

Also, have you checked that your BasicBinding is configured for security?

Good advice Dan. The developers found the problem but are not sharing the information.
