On top of that Lenovo installs a bunch of crapware on their desktops. You need to run autoruns and disable most of it. Especially that stupid and annoying shop app. Once you have done this you can uninstall a majority of their preinstalled junk as well. Your best bet, of course, is reformatting and installing from a non-OEM disk.

I did a fresh uninstall. actually after the factory restore I delete the programs I don't need . I am attaching the pic I took when I try to install Chrome.
It sits there it doesn't go anywhere....

joinaunion yes, I pushed F8 and selected recover to factory. Its a Lenovo ThinkCentre MT-M 9120-CTO.
Now finally I was able to install Adobe reader. But I CAN NOT upgrade the Internet Browser. It's telling me that the browser is phased out, too old but it doesn't let me install it.
I am Running Vista Home Premium 32 bit. Any link where I can try to download it ? please...

Have you run windows update? That message is indicating that your factory reload left you with a rather outdated service pack.
Have you run windows update yet? If you right click computer then properties what version of windows is showing?
You must have the latest service pack installed.
Click start then all programs the click on windows update install any updates found. You may have to run windows update more than once to get the latest service packs.

Part 3 goes into the actual removal.
If it isn't malware it would be helpful to have more information on the type of error messages your are seeing.
