What will be the parameters for to execute the PowerShell command for to generate user usage reports

As Powershell is a scripting language you need to specifically take care about the data extraction and format too. I would rather advice to use the UI to get the report.

If you can also tell us which version of SharePoint you are using and what kind of exact report you are looking at then we can suggest further.

I am looking for a solution to automate the audit logs reporting instead of going and generating the reports every time. it should generate automatic and if possible send by email. Please advice
