Local File Open windows popping up when saving file in RDP session

Have client that is running RDP on Server 2012. When the user tries to save file on Word published on TS, not only does the File..Save window open in TS normally, but sometimes the File..Save window from the local Windows on the pc also opens.  I have never seen this,  Right now I have been able to logoff the TS session on the pc. Then I log the user back in and  the local File..Save window doesn't open.  This has happened 2 days on a row. I don't know how to permanently resolve it. Please help.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

My idea is this has something to do with Office 365, I had something similar where one workstation tried to connect back to exchange differently and somehow the auto-configuration was linked to Office 365. Sorry this isn't a direct answer however it may be linked to the auto-config especially if any of the software had a sign-on account to activate.
