Exchange 2013 UM not working

I am running exchange 2013 Cu7 with UM enabled.  We are running 3cx VoIP phone system, using exchange UM for the VM.
Everything was working fine until all of a sudden, something stopped working.

So now if someone calls a person, the VM picks up and someone can leave a message, but when the user checks for VM's, nothing is there.

I have tried numerous people, but it seems to be company wide.  I'm trying to find the exchange logs, but I'm having a hard time locating them.  I've restarted the Exchange server and the UM services as well numerous times, but it's still not working.

Any suggestions?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I did come across some error messages in the application log:

So I called my phone and left a VM, and then here's what shows up in the application log:

Thanks, the problem was with my 3cx receive connector, the exchange servers were not checked under the security tab.
I'm not sure how that got unchecked, but it's working now.
