I am running exchange 2013 Cu7 with UM enabled. We are running 3cx VoIP phone system, using exchange UM for the VM.
Everything was working fine until all of a sudden, something stopped working.
So now if someone calls a person, the VM picks up and someone can leave a message, but when the user checks for VM's, nothing is there.
I have tried numerous people, but it seems to be company wide. I'm trying to find the exchange logs, but I'm having a hard time locating them. I've restarted the Exchange server and the UM services as well numerous times, but it's still not working.
