SignUp snippet bootstrap question

Hello,

I have made an html web page where you have Sign up button, I found a template in bootsnipp

I would like when I click on sign up button, it shows me the sign up form, in the center of the same webpage, because now, it takes me to another webpage that i called signup.html

How to call it, without being sent to another website, also, is there anyway I can make the background of the page blurry ? like Camera focus effect only on the sign up form?
