I am looking for helpdesk or service desk software to replace Outlook.
It can be either a software package or "cloud based".
Exchange 2010 integration (if possible)
Different queues for different companies based on the domain
To be able to fill in time someone has worked on the ticket when closing it.
Customers should not receive any automatic confirmation e-mails from the help desk system
Direct reply from within the system. If possible with attachements.
Anyone have any recommendation?
