advice on moving from exchange 2010 to 2013 with load balancers

im looking some advice on upgrading exchange 2010 to exchange 2013 and adding kemp load balancers
im currently running exchange 2010 sp3 with 1900 users
this is a single server running all roles and all mailboxes
I have built 2 new VMs running 2012 standard
my plan would be to migrate from exchange 2010 to 2013 using 2 servers with all roles and a DAG
and also have kemp load balancers
what steps would I need to take

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you have never done this type of migration before the best high level walk through would be to use the Exchange Deployment Assistant.

You can then use the Kemp TechNet to setup the Load balancer for your 2 Exchange 2013 servers
