How To Record a VNC Session

Is there a "easy" method of recording a VNC stream?  I know we can record the VNC viewer window using any number of screen recording applications but we are trying to just recorded at the stream level.  We can have something running on another PC to record the session but we are trying to not have to relying on recording VNC viewer window with another application or having to tie up two additional monitors on it.

- PC that needs to be recorded is running windows 7 pro
- PC that needs to be recorded has two monitors and they both need to be recorded

A VNC "stream" (wrong description) is not a stream in the sense that it is used for video or audio. What do you mean by capturing the stream--for instance video streaming recording works by (simplified explanation) by recognizing that type of traffic and/or by connecting to a video streaming service and then you have a client with software to capture that type of traffic/video. So what is it you want to "stream" to be capture. A VNC session includes many different protocols that travel back and forth so what do you want to capture and in what format?

something will will record the VNC session from a PC using dual monitors, record 3840x1080.
I was thinking if there was something out there that would simply record the session without having to have two screens setup on a pc viewing the VNC session and trying to record that session.

So are you saying you want software that will make a video of what is happening on both screens?
MDStech1Author Commented:
yes.  I've tried Catasia Studio and it will but shrinks down the video and you cant make our the text on the screen.
