I need to create a user in another Azure database and model it after an existing user. &nbsp;I can't connect using sql server management studio so I have to do it using the management portal online. &nbsp;I can see my database but I can't figure out how to see users. &nbsp;So far this has been nothing but extremely frustrating. &nbsp;Can someone please tell me how to do this?
