AD Password Reset Self Service

Have a environment with 400+ users and we get consistent tickets for password resets.  Is there a solution that would allow users to do this via a web browser?  I'm looking for something thats well supported/tested.

Thanks in advance

with managed engine, do you need their management console to deploy or is it a standalone?

Based on what i have read regarding the product it is a standalone install. It is just a web front end which connects back to your domain controllers for resetting passwords.

leadtheway , Joseph, allow the side question about the free one.
Apart from all the effort to build up an sms2mail infrastructure: has anyone ever critically looked at the security concept behind it?
I would imagine it would not pass DOD security requirements... but most small organizations can't really afford one that would (and certainly have bigger security fish to fry).

@Joseph: my question wasn't how good that concept might be, but simply if it has ever been questioned that it's secure. Because I wouldn't agree on "small organizations...certainly have bigger security fish to fry". This could be the biggest fish in the pond. Plain text passwords transmitted via internet? Not even some expiry date with them, no need to immediately change them? Come on... that needs to be questioned ;)
