Excel SumIf or SumProduct Help

I have a column off to the right of a long spread sheet that totals up the amount we spend at particular companies.

=SUMIF(C:C, "TigerDirect",L:L)

What I would like to do is instead of having to Type Each company in the Formula I would like it to pull the company name from the column to the right.

Something like

 =SUMIF(C:C, "=O15",L:L)

However that does not work.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
