Can I set iDRAC settings in while in Windows?

is there a way to set the iDRAC settings while in Windows Server? i need to set the IP so that when the server is off I can do a cold boot. or do i have to restart the server and then go into the settings before Windows launches?

You can normally do this if dell open manage is installed. There should be a remote tab for setting ideas settings
