Losing the bottom favorite in bookmarks

Hi

I have a user who is losing her bottom favorite in her bookmark list using Internet Explorer 10. She keeps having to readd it. It doesn't matter what the favorite is.. It's always the bottom one. Is there anything to explain this? I'm sure there is but I am at a loss!

thanks,
Keith

What is she doing between the time of adding the favorite and losing it?

Install IE 11.

If that does not help, create an unwanted favorite so it can be at the bottom.

this is a terminal server user and we're not desiring to move to IE 11 yet for the majority of our employees...

i did make the comment to her already to put an undesirable favorite at the bottom prior to posting this (actually to just laugh about the situation because it's so odd)

I'm not sure what she's doing in that time frame where she loses it.. Probably just working on this this and that and her other daily functions.. i can ask her and also how long it takes for it to disappear..

thanks

Could it be that the user has too many Favorites?  Try culling some that are never used or put as many as possible into Folders on the same subject.
Or put a disposable Folder at the bottom of the list.

i will reward you the points JCIMARRON. I dont know if it's fixed or not, because communication has been tough with this person. But your solutions seem logical and at least you responded to this.
