"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

But....what you mean with "best camera and microphone"? Try to be more specific.....Do you have particular requests or do you simply need a very good HD camera with an excellent audio?

If so, that above camera can feet your needs.....

If you're in a noisy environment, you may want a headset and mic, and the Kingston HyperX Cloud II is excellent, if not very "corporate"

Skype may not be your best option here.  You're probably going to need external microphones, plus speakers, and a high-quality camera.  We have a Polycom HDX7000 IP based system which has been in use for 2 or 3 years, and gives excellent service.

However, if you want to stick with skype, consider the Logitech BCC950

but it depends how big your room is - it *claims* an 8' microphone range.

As DanCH99 said I confirm also that the Logitech BCC950 is great device and we use it for users between 12 to 20.

I hope that helps
