receiving undeliverable email message

I am using exchange 2010 I have an email client who is receiving the undeliverable mail message at least 5 times for emails she is not sending.

will u share us the undeliverable message in detail, may be ur public ip address is blacklisted. To checj Public IP is blacklisted or not go to -

www.mxtoolbox.com

and type ur public ip address into Blacklisted option.

if these messages are not coming from her machine/account as determined by checking the message headers then someone has just picked her email address at random and she is getting the NDR's. Time to start detective work and analyse the headers

also

1) Make sure your server is not an open relay .
2) Recheck the Exchange IMF/Content Filter settings.

here is header info of one of the emails. it is not coming from her box because i had it turned off the entire weekend.

i'm going to share point with all. i change the password on her account and she is getting no more messages. i believe her account was compromised by some site she went on.

marchmail.com is on a blacklist
