No Log entries for LDAP communication on a Microsoft NPS Server

Team,
LDAP communication to the NPS server should begin communicating with LDAP and get 4400 event IDs.  I have joined the server to the domain, added it to a "IAS" "RAS" group, added the NPS Role, received a Cert, and installed the Cert.  When I check the NPS Logs, I see no LDAP communication.  I see connection attempts to the clients, but of course those get rejected.
What am I missing, or what can I check to verify that the NPS server is communicating with the domain controllers?

Maybe this will help.

Turn on logging (initially) for both authentication and accounting records. Modify these selections after you have determined what is appropriate for your environment.

You could always use Network Monitor and grab a packet capture as well
