How to group and find count in excel

I have attached an excel file which has several records of a set of entries. I need to find out how many times each type of entry is in the file/column.

Using filters for each and finding the count for each of them separately is not a solution. There are too many such entries.

If I could create a table for this using some kind of function or shortcut, that would be great.
