Looking to create dynamic pivot table/chart within Mac Excel 2011

I am looking to create a dynamic range for my pivot tables within 'Open SR Pivots' and 'Close SR Pivot' tabs to automatically adjust if data is added to them. Within the excel version for MAC, capture the "Open SR by Month" is giving me trouble since I am trying to display both the year and month in the chart (multi-level category level).

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
