GPO Preferences deploy a file to %AppData%\LocalLow\Apple Computer\

I would like to deploy a preference file for Quicktime with an extension of .qtp file specifically on this location %AppData%\LocalLow\Apple Computer\QuickTime

I would like to use GPO Preferences and I was wondering If someone could explain how to get to that particular path: %AppData%\LocalLow\Apple Computer\ through GPO preferences.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
