Exchange 2010 Certificate on a SBS Server 2011

Exchange Certificate Security Alert keeps popping up  (See attachment)...this issue just started about 2 weeks ago for all users.   By clicking <YES> the users can proceed, but it is now becoming a issue with the uses.   By "Viewing Certificate" you can see that it is valid to 2018.   Any idea to help me eliminate this Security Alert would be most helpful.

Many thanks in advance for your assistance.

Has the cert been recently renewed, or have any changes been made to your server in terms of exchange config or email domains?

The cert is saying that the name on the server doesn't match the cert.

Please check my article. It will help you to fix this error I guess
If you have split DNS configured you can skip step 1 and 2.
You make sure if you ping mail.emaildomain.com and autodiscover.emaildomain.com it should return your internal Exchange IP.
If it doesn't fix please get back to us.
