I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

have you tried
Tools > Options > Source Control > Visual Studio Team Foundation Server and checking the Show deleted items in the Source Control Explorer option and selecting recover deleted items
File > Source Control > Undelete.

That error looks like a problem with a corrupt local TFS database. Did something happen when you were trying to undo the changes?
