array style set in C#?

Hi Experts,

Can someone help me make up my mind on the best data structure to store a set of items that I want hashed by an integer Id - where items can be accessed with random access on their indices as well - if there are 10 items in the dictionary, then you can access them from zero to 9th index soft of thing?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
