ROBOCOPY not moving file security

I used ROBOCOPY \\server1\share d:\qb /mir /copyall

but the file security is not the same as server1, shouldn't this be transferring with my above command?

I figued it out, it was my issue.  I had copied a second copy of the folder I wanted to move from the old server as a test, well my permissions were different than my original folder.
