I need an easy way to create an email from an incoming call log number.
Something like, "call this person back" is all I really need.

Ok, that's a good option. It is not a google voice number but you are saying just install google hangouts or google voice?

What I am looking for is a way to selectively forward the record of the last call or even an identified contact to an email for later follow-up.
