"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

By binding, I'll assume that is a DHCP reservation you're talking about.
I'm not familiar with Mikrotiks but for all it's worth, I'll say look around for dhcp reservations and delete the entry for that device

Use the following script and it will delete all binded ip addresses.

ip hotspot ip-binding remove [find]

I cannot see any binded IP in the IP BINDINGS list. Actually i have done this from IP DHCP Server >> Leases >> Selecting the bound Client MAC and IP address >> Clicking on "Make Static".

Now i want to remove this from the router.
