I'm not familiar with Mikrotiks but for all it's worth, I'll say look around for dhcp reservations and delete the entry for that device

I cannot see any binded IP in the IP BINDINGS list. Actually i have done this from IP DHCP Server &gt;&gt;&nbsp;Leases &gt;&gt;&nbsp;Selecting the bound Client MAC and IP address &gt;&gt;&nbsp;Clicking on &quot;Make Static&quot;.<br />
