How to edit pdf doc in windows 7 OS

when I refer Orace related documents, I can see there are lot of contents which not useful to me.


I would like to Edit Original Oracle Doc pdf(having backup copy prior to that), Edit contents as per need OR the least is there any option to highlight contents for fast reference.

please advice best possible method/software to achieve my goal.

Use the highlighter (it's in the top bar, next to the comment tool) in Adobe Reader (or Foxit or whatever you use).

Editing pdfs is technically possible, but more fuss than worth it. PDF is a format made for viewing, not editing. You can add notes, highlight text etc, but not edit directly the contents.
