How do turn on push notifications for I tunes on my iPad?

I can't use Dropbox because it says iTunes push notification needs to be turned on. Other apps just give me a notice but I can still use the app.

How can I tuen this on?

Go to settings notifications and make sure it's turned on in generals cause iTunes it not a part of it.

Turn it on and try plugging it again.

I don't see it in the general settings. I don't see how I can add it.
I see iTunes and wi fi sync  in general

I get the warning on a few applications not all of them. Dropbox is the only app that I try to open and it won't let me because it says to connect to iTunes to allow push notifications.

To solve the problem, I simply went to Settings -> Restriction -> turned it On , and left everyting on (other than Ping on iTunes)

If not do a full back of the iPhone and then restore that should fix it.

I did that and left everything on but I don't see ping on iTunes
