OWA Not Working On Apple Devices

Hi All
just implemented a new 2013 exchange send and receive working fine OWA working fine, but no apple devices, iphones, ipads will not connect, cannot verify error message

any ideas

Do any other types of mobile phone connect? (I.e. Android devices, Windows mobiles). If not then sounds like activesync is not setup correctly.

You can test activesync using the remote connection analyser - https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ - if theres a problem it's quite good at giving you a reason and explanation on how to fix it.

Another possibility is something i've come across on several 2013 setups where active directory is not inheriting permissions on the AD accounts properly but I'd check the above before looking into that.

have you properly configured URL for outlook web access, ActiveSync, autodiscover and outlook anywhere virtual directories?
