how to make shared folder visible at Remote web access page in Windows 2012 R2

Have Windows 2012 R2 server. Configured & added essential experience.
I have shared few folders without windows server essential wizard.
These folders are not visible at remote web access page.
Need to know how to make them visible at RWW.

Found few links related to this, but its not sufficient to accomplish the task.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You must publish Explorer.exe as an app with the appropriate switches to open the folder you want.

For example if I want to open the Documents share on Server1 from RD Web I have to publish explorer.exe with the following switches

explorer.exe /e,/root,\\Server1\Documents

I have created hardlinks using
Mklink /j c:\shared_visible_folder\newsortcut c:\destination

created linked folder in the folder which is visible in RWW.
the workaround worked.
