Internet Billing solution for hotel

I am looking forward internet billing solution for our hotel, we currently have 110 rooms and plan to increase up to 250 rooms for the next year. We came across Antamedia Hostpot Enterprise Edition, which seems to accomplish everything we want, also we found 24onlinebilling HIA appliances, but they are expensive and user based lincensing. I wonder is Antamedia Hostpot Reliable solution? I have found many good and bad feedbacks in internet so i wonder professional opinion here. Budget does matter for us. So if Antamedia can solve this and we won't have problems it will be great. please advise.
our requirements are:
Branded Captive Portal
Intergration with PMS System (fidelio)
ability to create Internet Plans (1 hour, 1 Day, 1 week, etc).
Free internet access on some areas, but configured ADs should be displayed here , before allowing internet access..
ability to prepare vouchers with different plans loaded already on them

Looks like AT&T bought Superclick. Superclick.com was the site. Antamedia looks like more of a cafe design. Does it have a billing interface? You may ask Micros-Fidelio if they have a recommendation or what vendors they have interfaces for as well. Superclick was nice, not only did it meet you requirements in actively monitored the network and managed it so a single user could not cause problems. It was more than a billing interface.

I have reviewed document by fidelio which lists all systems which has interface with fidelio. Both antamedia and 24billing are listed there. But i need real-life experience to listen if anyone can share.
