Here is what needs to be calculated: If F1="2014", then multiply I1 by 55%, if F1="2015", then multiply I1 by 57.8%

Again if you are sure then in F1 the values will be 2014 or 2015 only then you can simply use this too..

=if(F1=2014,I1*55%,I1*57.8%)
