I have 12 servers in one environment.

they are biz talk, CRM ,IN rule server and 2 SQL server and other servers.

All are in one domain environment.
I have been asked to install SCOM on one windows server 2012 and configure it to include all12 servers.

can u define some broad steps.

First off, SCOM isn't the type of server application that should be installed on a multi-purpose server.  Its kind of a hog.  I recommend deploying it on a dedicated server.

In general the installation is straight forward, the latest SCOM 2012 R2 runs on Server 2012 or 2012 R2.  Typically SCOM 2012 comes with an integrated install license for SQL 2012.
