How to change Microsoft Office 2013 home and business

I am trying to install office 2013 that was downloaded from the Microsoft website, the first two installs went okay, the third computer never asks to install a product key.  Now after office installs it says it cannot activate because the key has been previously used.

I have searched on how to change the product key, going to control panel, add remove programs, right-click on the Microsoft office 2013, click change, The only options I have is for a quick repair or online repair.

If I type in

cscript "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\OSPP.VBS" inpkey:KEYHERE

I get "unsupport command passed"

Does anyone have any suggestions on any other way to input the product key for Microsoft office 2013

PS: I do have a valid key, if it would just let me put it in

Open your office account and look at the list of subscriptions. You may be at your limit (5) and not realized it for some reason.

If your subscription is not working correctly, go to, Store and look for store support. Call them. The subscription can have issues and only Microsoft can fix those issues.

Check your Account screen and let us know how many subscriptions are left.

File option in the menu
Then it will show like this...

This it will show the menu

At this point you need to contact Microsoft Store support because they are the only ones who can correct subscriptions
