I'm having trouble getting firmware upgraded for a Cisco CP8945 phone. When it's plugged into the network it just says "phone not registered" and "upgrade in progress" and infinitely loops. I'm assuming
this is a firmware issue needing resolution in CUCM software. We are on version 9.1 and the following article is for v4, v5 or v6
I have not upgraded firmware on a Cisco CP8945 phone before so i'm looking for a how to guide on how to do this. Can anyone help me out please?
