Exchange 2013 Mailbox Server Role

Just starting to plan an Exchange 2013 install in our network.  I know that Standard Exchange limits the number of mailboxes on a server to 5.  My question is - - can I have more than one mailbox server in the network?  Is there a limit to how many mailbox servers I can have?

Thanks so much for any help you can give.

There is no limit to the amount of mailbox servers you can have, however each mailbox server requires an Exchange service license and an OS license.

So really you should go with Exchange enterprise if you are looking to have more than 5 databases and you are just adding additional mailbox servers to fit this need. It is cheaper to go to enterprise if you are adding additional mailbox servers to accommodate the extra mailbox databases.
