"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Error 404 - file not found :-) you will have to create it!

High level idea

1) Create a method which takes a path and calculates checksums for all files under that path
2) Create another method that can be used by above method to report back outcome (path, file, checksumvalue) and can work with multiple threads calling it at the same time (uses locks)
3) In the main program/thread, Do a System.IO.GetDirectories with the baseline path
4) Loop through the directories and create a thread for each of the directories
