There is some resource leak in JDBC calls in your pages
Please check official doc to log leaks, that will lead you to the bad jsp page

Sorry, but why B grade when I correctly identified resource leak vs resource shortage?
beer9Author Commented:
Hi Gheist, Sorry about it. I am seeing browser issue and because of that I am also seeing "Too many requests in too short of time. Please try again later." from E-E. I could not choose A and got selected B by mistake.

possibly some issue on my side. Is there a way I can change B to A
