DFS Replication Of SYSVOL shows wrong target folder

I have two DC 1 and 2 for some reason DC1is putting the sysvol information under C:\Windows\SYSVOL\sysvol.  DC2 uses the correct path of C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain.  The DFS SYSVOL replication is expecting to see C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain.  How can I correct this the replication is not replicating from DC1 to DC2 due the path error. Any Ideas?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would recommend looking at the following Microsoft KB.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2218556

The link above outlines how to perform an Authoritative and non Authoritative Restore of Sysvol.
