iOS Native App with Swift

I have decided to look at Swift for building an iOS native app.  Once it is done how to I make it available on the open market?  I have a customer base that I can present it to.  What else do I need to think about as I head down this road?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Consider about enrolling in iOS development program. You will probably need to use itunes connect and testflight to let your customers try your beta versions, review and feedbacks before the app release.

I did that but now I am being told that I can't create a virtual os x operating system on my windows box because it is in violation of Apple EULA so I could be dead in the water...unless I get my hands on an Apple machine.

From OS X 10.7 Apple allows users to install it on virtualization softwares:

This appears to only cover installations on apple hardware...

"From Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion), Apple allows full virtualization of its operating system, provided that it is installed on Apple hardware which is also running OS X 10.7."

Unfortunately... However if you want to develop iOS apps, working with a virtualized OS X will be cumbersome.
