Keep getting prompt to enter username and password when web browsing in IE.

For every page that I browse on I am prompted to enter and administrative password.  This comes from the User Account Control prompt and its attempting to access SSVAGENT.exe The verified publisher is Oracle. File of origin is hard drive on this P.C. What can i do to fix this so it wont pop up?

Are you downloading a program to install?

This type of pop up is controlled by domain/server administrator.  Do you have admin rights on the domain?

No I am not downloading anything.
Open internet explorer select tools then select manage add ons.Then select enable or disable add ons.
Look for one that says  SSVHelper Class and choose disable. Restart browser. Does it still happen?

You should try reinstalling Java or disable the SSVHelper Class under Tools, Manage Add-ons, Enable or Disable Add-ons.
