Can Outlook 2013 signatures be organized into folders or something similar?

Hi,

I use a lot of signatures in Outlook for canned responses and the list is really long. I was wondering if there is a way to group signatures into folder, or some other easy access structure.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Dave,

There is no folder option for Outlook signatures. 2 workaround ideas:

1. Give your signatures names that will reflect a hypothetical folder structure, e.g. greeting-hi, greeting-dear, closing-bestreg, closing-sincerely

2. Use the Outlook autocorrect feature: https://support.office.com/en-ca/article/AutoCorrect-spelling-and-insert-text-and-symbols-e7433b94-f3de-4532-9dc8-b29063a96e1f

hope this helps,
Adam
