I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is the certificate a wildcard certificate?
If you browse to the address listed, do you get a certificate prompt?
Is this Exchange 2003? If not, why aren't you using Autodiscover?

Hi,

Connection to the server always required Certified Authority. May ne certificate is invalid or not match to the name of site.

Simon Butler (Sembee)ConsultantCommented:
Certificates are on the Exchange server, nothing to do with the DC.
Has RPC over HTTPS been used before?
Are you using a trusted SSL certificate or a self signed one?

RPC over HTTPS on Exchange 2003 is very fragile, if it hasn't been used before then it will need configuring correctly with registry changes and the like.
You also need to use a trusted certificate - self signed certificates do not work well at all.
