MS-PPT, How do I get a pin stripe background

I need a background to my slide to be a red and black pinstripe, giving it a textured look, but basically dark red

Possibly crimson-black pinstripe

Anyway, I can get gradient, patterns, etc, but I do not see a way to get pinstripes.

How can I do this?

Thanks

There are pinstripes in the patterns.

Right-click on the slide, choose Format Background. Select Pattern Fill.

Fourth from the left on the top row is very fine pinstripe. Fifth row is a little heavier pinstripe.

Change the foreground and background colors as desired.

Be careful with this. These kinds of stripes can cause your slide to vibrate when projected. Gives the illusion of vibration....

Use an image and make it the background?
