CRM Online 2015 Account Record update
Hi,
I have imported All my accounts into our CRM Online 2015. There are around 100 accounts that do not have addresses.
I have added the columns so that when i exported the Accounts, it has all the necessay fields i want to update. I have modified all the records.
I need to import it back in now, but when i do, it fails, as the are duplicates.
How do Import the Records back in, but instead of trying to Create, just Update the existing records. The data in question all have a Unique Identifier, which is "AccountNumber"
Thanks
Luke
