"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It is just hidden by default.  You can access it by hitting the TO or CC button.  It will show up in the popup.

To permanently show the BCC field open a new email. Click on the options  menu in the ribbon.  The second section of the options ribbon is labeled "Show Fields" click on BCC and now the BCC field will always show up when sending emails.
