Outlook 2010 Managing Drop down options in Ribbon

Hi, I have a user that accidentally created too many shortcuts for moving messages in Outlook 2010.  Some of the folders have since been deleted, so when the option to move messages to those locations is selected accidentally, the messages disappear.  I have not been able to find any articles on how to edit these entries and remove the 'bad' items in the list.
The list is from the Home Ribbon (email view) and the Move section.  What I am looking for is any assistance in removing entries from this list when you click on the 'Move' icon.

Thanks in advance!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Got my curiosity up.  I couldn't figure it out myself but finally hit upon a search phrase in Google that returned the desired result.  http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/clearmru.htm

I tested on my Outlook 2010 (Win 8.1) system and it successfully removed the MRU list you indicate.  Note that I backed up the registry key first!  I deleted only this value/entry.
