I have trying to improve the performance of our vCenter server which I have inherited. There are daily backups which are successfully but that is it.<br />

My question is in regards to the index rebuild, can this be done online and if so should I do I reorg first then since nothing has ever been done on the DB then ease into a rebuild. I know you only do one or the other.
