# Crystal Reports graph percentage

Hello,

I want to add one of the formula fields called @MoSellDiscJA into the graph.  It's not one of the available fields for the graph.  Not sure why.  I've attached the .rpt file and highlighted the field blue.

Thanks,
Joel

The formula uses Running totals for the calculation.  Running totals are calculated in the final pass through the report known as the Printing Records pass.  This is after charts/graphs are built.

If you can change the formulas to be summaries they could be used.

The problem is that it's a formula of a bunch fields to calculate a percentage.  Is there a way to do this in a running total?

If you want to graph it, it can't be a running total.

I created 3 formulas to do what the running totals do

TO replace MoSellJA
``````If {qryQuoteReportForRon.ProjectMngr} = "Joel" then
{qryQuoteReportForRon.Total Revenue (PMTooL - includes CO's and no tax)}
``````

To replace MoFabQuoteAmountNoDiscJA
``````If {qryQuoteReportForRon.ProjectMngr} = "Joel" then
{qryQuoteReportForRon.FabQuoteAmountBeforeDisc}
``````

To calculate the %
``````    (1 - Sum ({@zzzmosellja-sum}, {@WeekDate}, "monthly")/ Sum ({@zzzmofabdiscja-div}, {@WeekDate}, "monthly")) * 100
``````

That formula is available for the graph
I revised the report.  The formulas I added are named starting with zzz
