Upgrading FW on Cisco phones. Will it affect Cisco Agent Desktop program?

We have need to do some firmware upgrades on our cisco phones CP 6945 and CP 8945 and before we do that I'm wanting to know if that will affect people in our call center department using the Cisco Agent Desktop program. In particular this program is known as ...

Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 9.0.2.1064 Agent Desktop  (what a mouthful huh? I have seen release info out there (very long and we are behind a couple fw upgrades for the phones so that's like 60+ pages of reading material to go through. I'm not even sure something like this is mentioned in those notes after glancing at the table of contents for these release notes..

Does anyone know how to go about finding out this information? We aren't wanting to put our call center department personnel at risk by doing firmware upgrades on all the phones without knowing more about how doing those upgrades will affect the Cisco Agent Desktop program (and Cisco Agent Supervisor too actually)

Negative. Only thing that affects CAD is the CTI versions. That is, UCCX version against UCM version.
